Due to habit, from time to time, accidentally typing include, instead of grep while executing show commands, and getting stuck in a terminal. On enter, it just repeats echoes of the hostname. tried couple of things, but no luck.
bash: i: command not found
Leaf101# Leaf101# Leaf101# Leaf101# Leaf101#

Thank you, Let me try direct ssh and see how it goes. Just realized that ssh from APIC will use Linux ssh client and it could have client specific shortcuts to come out from the routine.

It happens for me as well, usually when I enter a break command. It's hard to reproduce, but I know what you mean. When that happens, I simply restart the terminal.
Stay safe,
Sergiu

Yes, thought it could be due to SecureCRT, but the same issue with putty using default settings. While troubleshooting, start with new window/sessions is bit painful.
We have many clusters so usually I perfer apic as jumpbox and try to do attach/ssh.
