We have installed Cisco ACI Application within ServiceNow. Configuration Items within ServiceNow are being created with a name like: ‘10.20.1.30_SwitchName||SERIALNUMBER’. Is there a way to correct the name so that it only includes 'SwitchName'? We are running ServiceNow version Orlando, ServiceNow ACI Application version 3.0.0, and Cisco ACI version 3.2(9h).
