ACI Multi Pod Deployment

Can I use only 1 link of 1Giga and one device at each site, to buid a IPN network to connect 2 APIC ACI Multi Pod networks? 

I know that design guide show 4 devices and at least 2 10Giga link between PODs in a IPN. 

But, is that mandatory?

Hi,
it's probably not officially supported but it works. For lab environment purposes we have even successfully tested Multi-Pod with 100 Mbps. You'll definitely want QoS in that scenario to not kill the Control Plane between the APICs with "normal" traffic.

One IPN per site is also not a problem. You'll have two single points of failure but with no failures it will work.
