ACI simulator configuration - 4th ip address

I've been through the documentation for the ACI simulator and I can't seem to find where to configure the 4th ip address that is required.  Documentation says it's for tenant management.  I'm assuming it is used for leaf/spine access to AAA, syslog, etc.  Any help is appreciated.

There should be the following...

IP address pool for tunnel endpoint addresses
IP address pool for bridge domain multicast address (GIPO)
Pv4/IPv6 addresses for the out-of-band management
Pv4/IPv6 addresses of the default gateway
