ACI Spine active but not ready to receive policy

Hello,

After upgrading a Spine switch, it shows as active in APIC GUI and also with cli: "acidiag fnvread", but we can't apply any policy on the switch (even upgrading the switch via GUI is not working.

A fault F1300 is showing up indicating that " Node Not Registered for Node Group Policies"

what could be the problem, and how to resolve it?

You likely have some stale fabric node blocks in your fabric.  Contact TAC and they'll help you confirm & resolve this.
