hello,
regarding ACI SR/MPLS handoff when connecting to an external MPLS network: for sure we have to connect ACI to the MPLS domain but my concern is what i have to change in the MPLS-network because this is not a segment routing domain.
we have approx. 700 VRFs that we need to transport therefore SR/MPLS handof seems to be a valid choice

Hello @waschminator
It takes careful preparation and setup to integrate ACI with a legacy MPLS network using SR/MPLS handoff. The secret is to make sure that route targets are correctly communicated between the MPLS network and the ACI fabric, and to treat the ACI border leaf nodes as MPLS VPN PE routers.
The main MPLS side modification is to configure MP-BGP peering with the ACI border leaf nodes and making sure the right route targets are imported and exported on your current MPLS PE routers .
Further, to guarantee a successful deployment, give careful consideration to redundancy, scalability, and monitoring.

i understand. but my main concern is if i have to change something in the MPLS network to support segment routing in the edge to the ACi network. or is this segment routing stuff just a setup on the edge device that does not touch the rest of the mpls network?
