ACI- Stretch INBAND EPG as L2 across sites/locations

Hello,

Is it possible to stretch INBAND EPG as L2?

NTP server is in another location and ACI setup resides in main DC.

currently ACI is purely in L2 mode and  all VLAN GW is present in other location.
