We are using Cisco SDN echo system and it’s a production environments. There have 3 APIC Controllers with Single Cluster MultiPod and 2 APIC Controllers are associated in POD1 other is POD2. All are APIC Controller model: APIC-SERVER-M2. Also Health Sate is fully-Fit of all APIC Controllers. Now, we want to add more 2 APIC Controller in existing Cluster also add 1 APIC Controller in POD1 other in POD2 with different APIC Controller model: APIC-CLUSTER-M3. So, is it possible to join in existing cluster?

Yes its possible. See https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/aci/apic/sw/1-x/troubleshooting/b_APIC_Troubleshooting/m_cisco_apic_cluster_management.html
No issues mixing generations or APICs in the same cluster, just be aware that software will stop supporting older APICs at some point. Be mindful when you upgrade.
