Hello Guys,
I'm trying to configure the APIC Simulator in order to execute some tests on ACI infrastructure.
I properly configured the OoB IPs during the initial setup and i'm now able to reach all the 3 APICs.
Anyway, i would like to extend also the inband management network outside so i can connect some servers on it.
As per my understanding of the following layout this should be possible using Port2 of the physical server:
But this isn't working and i cannot reach the inband network.
After that i went trough the Cisco documentation and found out the following statements:
"The Cisco ACI Simulator uses NAT for inband management. Inband IPs configured by policy are not used. Instead, Cisco APIC and node inband IPs are internally allocated."
which i can't fully understand.
Is there someone else who already tried this configuration successfully?
Any suggestion would be really appreciated, :)
Thanks
Andrea
