Hello Guys,
We have a cisco N9336PQ ACI spine that is in a boot loop, (boot on the image then error and reboot again, even if we do reset factory) and its shows certificate SSL failed, (we have modified the certificate on the spine).
Is there a way to reset all modifications and get everything to the default state (even discard the new certificate installation)?
Thanks

Hi
Which version are you running? There was a bug on certificate issued that needed you to contact Cisco to solve that.

Hi Francesco,
We were trying to upgrade to version 4.2(6d) from 2.2(4p), the upgrade via GUI failed on the spine. this spine was showing up inactive on the fabric interconnect. so, we contacted TAC to solve it, he recommended installing a new certificate SSL on the spine. Now during boot of the spine, it shows 'certificate verification failed, re-program it ... ', it fails to boot and enter into a boot loop.
Is there any way to reset everything on the spine and run it as NXOS mode, despite the model is just for ACI (N9336PQ)?
Thanks

Hi
Do you still have your tac case opened? If so ask them to clean out this certificate and generate a new one.
