How can I create python script from arya using ACI export file ?

Hello

I would like to use the REST API or an ACI configuration export  file to create an ARYA generated python script of my entire ACI fabric and tenant configurations. I am using ACI version 3.0.1k.

1. How can I export the entire ACI configuration using a REST API call?

2. Can I use an offline ACI configuration file that was exported off the APIC to generate python code with ARYA?
