Hi folks,
Just want to ask if there's any way to check the SN for the transceivers inserted on the VIC of APIC?
I thought that it would show information on CIMC, but all I could get so far is the PID of the transceiver
Thanks in advance

I don't believe you can gather SNs from the APIC or IMC directy. You could pull this from the connected switch. If this is a fabric-connected transceiver you can get it from the Leaf (assuming it's connected & discovered).

Hi @Robert Burns,
It's not that I tried to search for the transceiver plugged into the switches, but rather on the APIC Server's VIC itself. The output of your show int transceiver command display the serial number of the transceiver on the Leaf switch, though.
