L3Out, SVI and HSRP

Hi,

I've configured an L3out using an SVI running on a VPC. At the other end I have a couple of routers running HSRP on the sub-interface that matches the VLAN configured on the SVI in ACI. HSRP packets don't reach peer routers and both are in active mode. 

According to the documentation, an internal BD is created that extends the flooding domain between leafs so both router should see each other. 

What I'm missing here?

under BD kindly check the below config:

L2 Unknown Unicast-

L2 Unknown Multicast -

Multi-Destination Flooding-

ARP -  

is L3 IP are pingable on each side between routers and compare the  basic config of HSRP  parameters between them (MAC,version ,goup )
