Does Layer 3 over vPC function support routing adjacency between vPC peer devices through vPC peer link ?
According to a document of vPC, routing adjacency through vPC peer link is established automatically when L3 over vPC get enabled.
Dot line is routing adjacency between vPC peer devices.
Also, We have to use physical routed interface between vPC peer devices to set up backup path if vPC peer devices and a generic L3 device make routing adjacency.
Are above things that i've understood right?

Yes, Here is a leaf with OSPF over a VPC. 10.2.2.2 is the other leaf. 1.1.1.1 is the external router.
leaf101# show ip ospf neighbors vrf common:default
OSPF Process ID default VRF common:default
Total number of neighbors: 2
Neighbor ID Pri State Up Time Address Interface
10.2.2.2 1 FULL/DR 3d12h 172.28.49.4 Vlan12
1.1.1.1 1 FULL/DROTHER 01:06:22 172.28.49.1 Vlan12

Thank you for your reply.
You mean you made routing peer through VPC so routing peer (10.2.2.2) was created automatically?
External router was also bundle with same VPC domain.
Another case without using VPC, i have to add interlink for backup path if i want to make peer with L3 device. (Because peer-gateway function don't adopt to this case).
Could you check once my understanding of L3 over VPC?
Thank you.

Adjacency between leaves was created automatically. External router was regular port-channel, it was only one devices. I was not doing VPC on external devices.
