Hi,
I am hoping someone might be able to validate this configuration.
Having the following components:
- N9K-C93108TC-FX Leaf
- M3 APIC (APIC-PCIE-C25Q-04 VIC 1455 for the APICs)
- QSFP-4X10G-AOC (1M, 2M, 3M, 5M, 7M, 10M) Breakout cable
M3 APIC with VIC 1455 connected to N9K-C93108TC-FX fabric uplink ports (49 -52 only) converted to downlinks with breakout cable QSFP-4X10G-AOC. Is this a valid and Cisco supported configuration?
If so, must it be active or distances permitting can passive be used?
QSFP-4SFP10G-CU (.5M, 1M,2M, 3M,4M, 5M) | QSFP to 4 SFP+ copper break-out cables |
Finally would the 40 -10 CVR-QSFP-SFP10G converter be valid for APIC connections on converted downlink interfaces?
Thank you in advance for information.
