MSO Dashboard connectivity view not showing sites

Hey all...

MSO dashboard not showing the sites...

Running on:

Nexus Dashboard 2.0(1d)
MSO 3.2(1f)

Anyone have any ideas?

When I click on list view it shows the 3 sites....but not on the map view

Where the sites visible on the map? If yes, when did they disappeared and what changes did you made before the sites disappeared?

If not, did you selected the location of the sites on the map?

They were never visible. Funny thing is they do show on Nexus Dashboard map...but the links do not...so not sure if there is something missing still?

Nexus Dashboard Map is different from MSO Map. You need to manually select the location of the sites in MSO for them to be displayed.

OK, I spoke to the guy that did this and I think he missed that step or action. Is there a way to add that after the site is added and already some configs applied etc?

EDIT: Hold on, I was wrong in the last post. We are talking about MSO installed in Nexus Dashboard. That changes the behavior.

Questions:

1. In ND, are the Sites added to MSO? (in the sites tab)

2. In MSO, in the infrastructure -> sites, are the sites selected as managed?

it seems that it got fixed......as soon as we had Internet access for MSO and ND the sites and connections 'magically' appeared.
