Override restriction on 10GBASE-T in ACI 5.2(7)

Hi All

After a upgrade to a new version of ACI, our 10GBASE-T tranceivers is disabled due the requirement for the adjacent ports to be free in our leaf switches.

Some of our servers is only equipped with 10G copper ports, and has stopped working.

Is there someway to override the restriction to enable the 10G transceivers?

We were running 4.2 of ACI and the leaf are N9K-C93180YC-EX

The transceiver is a Skylane SPT00M30MR00D33 https://www.skylaneoptics.com/en/product/spt00m301000-sfp-10gbase-t/
