I have our Fabric setup and was in the process of adding a connection to Leaf1/2 when I discovered the the Policy Groups I created several weeks ago were no longer available.
Version - 1.2(3h)
Fabric/Access Policies/Interface Policies/Policy Groups
I had approximately 17 Policy Groups configured and now I find only the 2 below.
__ui_l101_eth1--16
__ui_l102_eth1--16
Has any one had this happen before?

Policies with the __ui prefix are "system created" policies. Usually these are generated from CLI-based configuration. If you since removed the related CLI based config, these policies would also be removed. Its a way the CLI-related policies are cleaned up upon removal. Did you happen to delete any policies from the CLI recently?
If you wish to re-use policies, suggest you create them with the UI/API so they are persistent.

Did you happen to configure this using the Configure tab under Fabric > Inventory > Topology in the GUI?
If you happened to select any existing policies when you configured the port, you may have deleted them without knowing if you cleared the port configuration. See: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvb00544.
