Hey!
This is really really easy!
You don't need to worry about the config, this is all on the APIC (Controller) and not on the Switch.
Since your Switch is already shut down, you can just go ahead and swap it with the new one.
Then go to the APIC GUI under Fabric > Inventory > Fabric Membership, just right click the problematic switch and do a decommission and remove from from controller - in order to make it disappear from the Membership 😉
All config is linked to the Node ID and hostname.
Your new switch should already appear under Nodes pending registration - just add it with the exact same Hostname and Node ID as the old switch had, and it will receive the exact same config.
