Technical TAC Case regarding ACI

Hello Freinds

the ACI running slowly,APIC is 3.2 whereas N9K Version is n9000-15.2(6e)

How to open a Technical TAC Case regarding ACI , Pls note we don't havea  Service contract with Cisco, as we bought the device from non-cisco partner , Pls Pls Advice

You need to upgrade APICs to the same or higher version than the switches. To be able to download the APIC firmware, you need a valid contract with Cisco through a Cisco channel partner.

The best thing to do is to discuss the situation with the available Cisco channel partners in your region/country, so that they provide you with an offer to include all ACI hardware - if possible - in a support contract. It might not be cheap, but it is cheaper than having your production ACI fabric go sideways right before payroll day.

APIC is running 3.2 ... ?
