vsh_lc - c "show platform internal ns forwarding lst-l2"
vsh_lc - c "show platform internal ns forwarding gst-l2"
vsh_lc - c "show platform internal ns forwarding lst-l3"
vsh_lc - c "show platform internal ns forwarding gst-l3"
Please tell me what the "SRC CLSS" value displayed by these commands shows.

I thought SRC CLSS and endpoint's ClassID(pcTag) were the same, but the displayed value would be 400x (4002, 4003, etc.), and I do not know what these are.
I want to know what these values mean.

sclass and PcTag are the same and each tag represents an EPG. The value in your output is from the line card shell which often is written in hex format.
module-1# dec 0x4002
16386
The sclass (pcTag) for that entry 16386.

Hi Jason.
It was confirmed that conversion of hex format will result in expected ClassID.
I appreciate being offered useful information.
Thank you.
