I recently have installed ISR-WAAS on a 4451-x. I ran through the EXconfig wizard and from what I can tell everything looks correct. The WAAS is registered in CM and policy has been applied to the device.
The problem is when I enable "service-insertion waas" on an interface the traffic goes into a black hole. ICMP is able to flow through the router but L7 traffic does not.
I have attached the parts of the config that the wizard made. I have removed the "service-insertion" command.
