5.x.x OVA-file for vWAAS

Hi,

we have ordered several new vWAAS licenses. I´d like to install the version 5.2.1 or (new) 5.3.1 to our vmWare ESX-severs via ova-file.

But i am not able to download this ova-files somewhere. I can find e.g. iso-images for download, but no OVA-files!?!

Can anybody help where to get this files? Even SE and TAC seem to be helpless regarding this request...

Hi Dirk,

if you like to upgrade, you just go ahead and use the usual procedure for the upgrade.

If you bought vWAAS but do not have the software, PDI Helpdesk might be able to help.
