We are in the process of supporting our client moving off out of support hardware, and one of the devices they are still using ACE 4710-K9s.
There is a very pressing problem, they are running old firmware levels on the existing equipment that does not support TLS1.2, other projects going on are disabling support for older TLS version (quite rightly) but to buy us some more time to migrate correctly we are looking if it is still possible to get hold of ACE firmware versions A5(3.1) or higher and upgrade them.
These devices are internal facing only, not internet facing.
The devices are not recognised as in support by Cisco of course, as support ended last year, and I am currently finding out if they are still covered under their previous third-party support contract.
And advice is appreciated.
