ACE rserver failed connections

Hello,

I'm running an ACE appliance with software version 1.7(a). I have rservers that are giving me about a 1:1 good connection/failed connection ratio.

1) How do I tell what is causing the ACE to say the connections are failing?

2) what is the fix?

I am using server reuse on these rserver policies.

there is a bug a A1.7 releases that makes the appliance count any connection closed by a RESET as a failure.

Some servers/clients always use RESET instead of FIN.

This should be fixed in A1.8 which was just released yesterday.
