ACE stopped passing traffic

Hi I'm very new to the ACE module and need some ideas on a problem we had a few days ago. We have an ACE in a 6506 that stopped passing Internet Traffic for a period of time. It was reloaded twice but only after the second reload did it bust into life. A 'sh conn' showed that only a couple of connections were estblished over the ACE and also Health Checking was failing.

Any suggestions ?

As you can see there is a caevet for this:

CSCsj30888-A reload of a non-ACE module in a Catalyst 6500 series switch may cause the ACE to stop passing traffic. Workaround: None.

SO can you please share that which version of software you are using on your ACE module.
