AppNav-XE ISR4k traffic redirection question

Hi, can someone please tell me in a scenario where you have several remote sites connected via the same WAN interface on an ISR 4K at the main data centre and only some of those remote sites have WAAS. Is it necessary to somehow exclude the traffic for the subnets of those remotes sites without WAAS from being redirected to WAAS. If so how? Or is AppNav intelligent to only redirect the traffic for remote sites that have WAAS?

Does it make any difference if it is a 4451-X with UCS-e vWAAS or a 4331 with ISR-WAAS?

I think you can achieve it by applying ACL on virtual interfaces(either on AppNav-Compress or AppNav-unCompress) created to AppNav-XE.
