Byte-level & Object cache

Hello -

I was wondering if it's possible to view this information via the CM or CLI on a connection basis and overall?

The WAAS does both byte-level and object cache storing, correct?

Thanks,

John

Can anyone confirm if the WAAS does both byte level and object level caching? If so, is it possible to view this information.

The WAAS has two caches:

- CIFS cache which caches CIFS 'objects'.

With special scripts it is possible to view information regarding these objects. Not from the normal CLI.

- DRE cache which caches data transfered, regardless of the method used.

It is not possible to see information in the DRE cache from the CLI, nor can I see how a script would help you.
