CE-7320-CDN boot failure

I'm having troubles with a CE-7320-CDN. During boot up there's a kernel panic with "kernel panic : VFS : unable to mount root fs on 08:06" and obviously it stops there.

I believe it means bootloader can not access root directory, for any reason. how can I rebuild the whole software from scratch?

I think you are running into a bug here. Check the bug-Id: CSCds27617
