Hi!
A customer has configured a crypto chaingroup with the SSL server certificate and the intermediate certificate. The SSL cert is from Verisign. We are doing SSL offload and everything works fine with IE and Chrome, but with Firefox we encounter problems. With Firefox we get a certificate warning but other browsers don’t complain.
We have following the guide for implementing this SSL certificate regarding intermediate certificate. I have read that IE and Chrome uses MS built-in certificate store but Firefox uses their own. This error message is not appreciated but the customer or their customers.
The question is, is this an ACE problem or a Firefox problem? Any good solutions or other suggestions what to do or what we possible could change for this to work.

Hi,
If it is working with IE and chrome, it doesn't look like ACE issue.
What error message do you get? Ensure that signing authority is in trusted list on FF.

Hi,
Do you have a screenshot from Firefox showing the error message?
Would be possible for you to send the cert and key to test in my Lab?

Please show us the error which you are getting.
You can check the site using this website to see the chaingroup is properly installed:
