Hi,
If the design is that all the client/server vlans, vips etc are defined in a single context without need for virtualization, should the admin context by used for all the load balancing configurations.
100% of the resources should be allocated to the admin context.

Yes, if you don't need virtualization, you can use the admin context for loadbalancing and assign all the resources to that context.
