Cisco Catalyst 6800 System Bandwith with 40GB

I have a question

Wich are thw bandwith system to the platform 6800 catalyst in each model (6807, 6840, 6880). I need to find a catalyst 6800 with 1.44 TB in bandwith system, and with interfaces 40GB, 10GB and with support Q-in-Q

Is possible to find this information? How can i connect using interfaces 40GB from C6824-X-LE-40G to the nexus 9504?
