Configure CSM to persist SSL connection on the same Server

Hi everyone,

I have a environment with a 6509 Switch with a CSM board installed, and I would like to know how I configure to a client when make a connection on the SSL Server, "Sticky"the SSl connection and nor balance in other server in a Server Farm.

Any help is welcome.

HI Rodrigo,

you have to possibilites. You can either stick on the source-ip or on the ssl-id. this ensures, that the clients SSL-Session is always send to the same "server"(SSL-Module/SCA/or real server).

If you do SSL-Offloading be aware that sometimes you have to do URL-rewriting
