With using a CSG content service gateway in a mobile network can I configure an inactivity timer (without traffic the user is disconnected after xx minutes)

I am not sure if the configuration should go on the CSG. I did not find any information on how this could be done on the CSG.

what is the goal to achieve this on the CSG ?

If the connection is idle, no traffic is flowing, so it's not consuming BW.

There is an 'idle' command, so the CSG can delete flow information - but it does not reset the connection.

Usually it is up to the server to close the connection with the client if the connection is idle for too long.
