Can NAT work as PAT in CSM 4.2.4?

the CSM does PAT all the time even if there is more than 1 address in the pool.

Can many client use a natpool with one address at the same time?

the question was clear enough and my answer means "if you do PAT, it means each port can be used by any client ip address", so yes many client can use the natpool even with 1 address.
