CSS 11050 File System

On occasion, when I issue "show disk" the response is "The File System is not mounted". Therefore, I cannot archive my configuration or view any log files. I can reboot the switch and all is well for a month or so then back to the same issue. I've seen this on multiple switches and software versions. Anyone know what causes this and can I re-mount the file system without rebooting...? Thanks, Joe

we get very little of this type of issue actually.

Most of the times we RMA the unit and everything is ok.

If you have a version like 4.x then you should upgrade.
