what version ?? 7.xx(xxx) or 8.xx(xxx) ?
You should capture a sniffer trace on frontend and backend.
Get a trace with the CSS and without and compare the 2 to see where is the difference and which device is at fault.
If you can't see a difference or need assistance understanding the trace, send it to us.

Hi giles,
I am running 8.20 code and the issue is we use bank application and login will be successful and when the transaction is over when i do logout it doesnt give me the msg saying logout is successful were as it logout and prompt me the login page again.
I loked at the los and found that the referer is null when connected through the vip. HTTP request will have the value of null which is causing this issue.
Kindly let me know what do you think about this.
My config is very simple:
ip redundant-vip 172.16.23.3
service bank
ip address 192.1.1.12
protocol tcp
port 443
active
owner data
content me
protocol tcp
vip address 172.16.23.3
port 443
add service bank
application ssl
advanced-balance ssl
sticky-inact-timeout 50
active
Thanks in advance.

Hi Giles,
sg0820201.
No sniffer traces available as of now. What I am now looking is referer being stripped out http header. Can you tell me how to set to remove or block the http referer info?
Thanks in advance.

Sum,
The CSS NEVER removes the content of HTTP traffic.
We don't even look into the http content.
