I have a CSS 11501 connected to a 3750 with a crossover cable. I am seeing that almost every packet that travels to the 3750 is being considered a runt. Any ideas?

there is also collision on a full duplex interface.
This is strange.
Can you get a 'sho phy e1' from the css.
Try to do adminshut/no adminshut the e1 interface on the CSS.
Finally, manually set speed and duplex mode on the catalyst.

Gilles.
