css cache dynamic information

I use Transparent Caching,and specifyed an EQL which include jpeg gif etc.there is no dynamic content like asp in EQL.but when i use show content conmmand on css i found there are some dynamic content,like this: SFP: 1/1 Index: 40 <2.1.22.8> TCP Port 80 Best Effort

WWW.As.COM/movie/index.asp

i don't kown why it cached or it doesn't mean cached.what is "Best Effort" and "Streamed" mean

I believe streamed means match and loadbalanced.

Best Effort means does not match and try to route.
