CSS freeze after log query request

Hi all,

I have a problem with a CSS 11503 (release 8.10.1.06).

We have two CSS one Master and one Backup.

We have done a filter into the log traplog of the CSS Master and then this one become freezed and the other CSS become the Master.

When the first CSS freeze we cannot connect on the console port of it, it does not responde.

Only the ping on the Management Interface was responding on the old Master, any other type of connection (ssh included) do not function.

Then we have reload it and all in functioning, it return the Master CSS and all is ok.

If there anyone that can help me?

What did you do exactly ?

Does the problem repeat itself each time you attempt the same "filter" ?

Can you try with a more recent version ?

Hi,

I have done the filter:

show log traplog | grep WEBFARM-ESIL320-BDI-HTTP

where WEBFARM-ESIL320-BDI-HTTP is a service configured into the CSS.

This is the first time that I have this type of problem, we do this type of filter any time and this is the first time that the CSS freeze.

Now we cannot do the upgrade, we have seen a really stability of this device with this release.
