CSS issue...can't reach default gateway..

Hi,

I've issue with CSS. I've static route configured on CSS but CSS can't ping the default route and hence it isn't able to reach radius server.

and default route is also not coming up in "sh ip routes" table.

another question is:

if I do "sh ip interfaces" then vlan interface state comes up as "noCircuit". what does that mean, this status comes up because this box is in standby mode, it is not a master?

Please advise how to resolve this issue. how do i get default route in routing table so that it can reach our network.

I'm into a tight situation.

Is your gateway on the management interface ?

If so, the static route need to be configured in a special way

For example, to configure a static route for the Ethernet management port, enter:

(config)# ip management route 172.27.59.0 /24 172.16.6.100
Also, check your interface with the command 'show circuit'
