CSS on CiscoWorks

I am trying to get the configs from CSS 11050 to my CiscoWorks server.. Is there any special configuration on the CSS in order for this to work?

Try reentering the CSS device parameters in Ciscoworks and then try taking the backup of the configurations from the CSS 11050 to the Cisco Works server. I once had the same problem. I was not able to back up my configs and when I rentered the CSS device parameters it worked.
