As subject:
Does the CSS have QoS functions to classify TCP/IP packets, traffic-shape/police and queue?
I can't find any docs about it, so I assume not however it would be very handy ;)

In answer to my own question http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/si/11000/prodlit/cswhs_wi.htm indicates rudimentary support for bandwidth/session limiting, however I can't find any commands/sample configs to do this.
Is this a selling point or a real feature?

Currently, it does not.
The CSS is a flow based switch and spends cycles more on things like re-claiming idle flows, proxying connections for Layer 5 content rules, and load balancing.
This enhancement request has been filed with development and I'm not sure where it sits with them priority wise.
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Perry.
