CSS SSL Back-end with Redundancy

i have configured css ssl backend with redundancy when client accessing vip it is slower than directly accessing to the server please check the attached document if i am missing something please help me

you can adjust some parameters to increase performance :

disable nagle, set ack-delay to 0, set the ssl-queue-delay to 0.

Do this for frontend and backend servers.

Make sure to run a recent 8.10 or 8.20 version.
