CSS11050 reboot

I need to know why CSS11050 reboot constantly, log show me following:

JUL 18 18:56:45 5/1 12 NETMAN-2: Generic:COLD START

JUL 18 18:56:45 5/1 13 NETMAN-2: open file /ComposerRoot/cli/ssh_host_key.bin failed: errno = 0x380003

JUL 18 18:56:45 5/1 14 NETMAN-2: open failed: uf->handle -1

JUL 18 18:56:45 5/1 15 NETMAN-2: sshd: Could not load host key: /ComposerRoot/cli/ssh_host_key.bin: errno = 0x380003

JUL 18 18:56:45 5/1 16 NETMAN-2: Enterprise:Service Transition:nexthop00001 -> down

JUL 18 18:56:45 5/1 17 NETMAN-2: Enterprise:Service Transition:chlaba03is01 -> down

JUL 18 18:58:00 5/1 12 NETMAN-1: REBOOT: Boot Type boot-via-disk; Boot File ap0500010; Startup-config Root

there is quite a big list of SSH related bugs that have been fixed since your version.

I would suggest an upgrade to the latest 5.0 version and if the problem is still there, capture a 'sho core' and open a case.
