css11150 - how do you downgrade the operational flash

HI, I have recently (manually) downgraded the IOS on a CSS1150 from version 610 build 504 to version 610 build 004. How do I downgrade the operational flash ? Should I have run the 'upgrade script' instead?

you do not touch the flash.

The CSS decides what is necessary.
