CSS11506 SQL and two routers

Can I use a CSS11506 to duplicte writes to a pair of SQL databases. I need to ensure that when a webserver writes to one SQL server the switch duplicates this so that it is written to both SQL servers.

Can I use the CSS11506 to balance my website across two routers. The site will be connected to the Internet by two isp links.

The CSS 11500 series switches do load balancing among multiple web servers. Guess it should be possible to balance across routers too. But I have no experience with this. Would some one else like to comment on this?
