what is the different between c6ace-t1k9-mz.A2_1_3.bin and c6ace-t1k9-mz.3.0.0_A1_6_3a.bin?

The former is Version 2.1.3 and the latter is version 1.6.3a. The changes between releases and versions are documented in the Release Notes.which can be found at:

There are a lot of changes between version 1 and version 2.
