EIGRP peers through WAAS inline module show a RTO of 5000

We have over 60 sites and they all have this same performance problem with all apps and all sessions including ssh/telnet. We recently upgraded all the WAAS appliances 4 months ago with no problems until recently. We use the 4 port inline module on a WAVE694. Between the 2 WAN routers and the LAN switch we run EIGRP through the WAAS inline module. This RTO 5000 is usualy a symptom of a unidirectional condition on networks.   Any one else have a simular setup with inline modules and EIGRP?

Did you try to bypass the traffic by interception access list?
