install-gui command missing?

I installed WebNS 8.10 on a CSS11050 in a lab environment (standard license). I've downloaded the CVDM package and the docs state the "install-gui" command is used to install CVDM.

On my system, this command appears to not exist, whether in superuser mode or config mode. As far as I know, the standard license includes the GUI.

Is there something I'm missing here? It seems like it should be so simple.

I had the same issue. I had to do it manually. Modifying the manual process from the Admin Manual:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/hw/contnetw/ps792/products_configuration_guide_book09186a008056c103.html

Under the Upgrading Software.

Basically, you FTP the file to the CSs. Instead of the 'UNPACK [Filename]' command, use the 'UNPACK-GUI [Filename]'. Once you unpack the file, you do not need to do anything further.

Like you, I have not found any documentation on this.

Hope this has helped.
